The concept of information permeates both our everyday life as well as our understanding of the universe. With quantum theory and not classical theory at the base, our concept of information needs a fundamental revision. This workshop will take a fresh look at this maturing subject bringing together thinkers of all levels of seniority. Focus will be on quantum information, not quantum computation - although it will of course touch it as well. Focus will also be on theory, although the experiments of today obviously change our understanding of theory.
