Operations online during academic lockdown

11 May 2020

We are glad to announce that during the academic lockdown, we have shifted our different operations online and maintained close contact with our community.

We have enlarged our audiences by switching to webinars and created a new dedicated section on our website. The SwissMAP Master Classes transitioned to zoom and the class videos have continued to be posted online.

Our outreach activities have also successfully shifted. Mathscope works closely  with UniGE’s Scienscope for online workshops and has also organized an online escape game (FR) for 12-15 years old. The game is still available online. They also post regular problems through social media. The Maths Club and our new programme SPRING have also moved its activities online and kept their participants busy.
