Vincent Tassion receives 2023 Golden Owl

19 Nov 2023

The Golden Owl honours lecturers who have provided exceptional teaching and motivates them to continue with their excellent teaching. All ETH members with a teaching assignment can be nominated for the Golden Owl. One lecturer per department is selected for this honour.

'My goal is to isolate the key concepts that are useful for the students to understand a theory, and the rest should come naturally.'

In this interview, Vincent talks about what this award means to him and what he considers to be excellent teaching.
