Mathscope's New Escape Room

14 Mar 2022

We are glad to announce the opening of Mathscope's new Mathematics Escape Room at the University of Geneva (FR). Can you solve the mystery of the secret workshop of the famous Swiss mathematician Leonhard Euler in time?

For groups of 3-6 adults/children over 12.

Walking through the corridors of the University of Geneva, you come across a mysterious door left open by mistake. You know that you are probably not allowed to enter this room, but, carried away by your curiosity, you take a few steps into the room. You have just discovered the secret workshop of the famous Swiss mathematician Leonhard Euler!

But as you are looking at the wonders of this workshop, the door closes violently behind you and an alarm goes off. Will you be able to deactivate the alarm and get out before security arrives? And will you be clever enough to get your hands on Leonhard Euler's best-hidden secrets?

Leonhard Euler's secret workshop is an escape room for 3 to 6 people lasting about an hour on the theme of Leonhard Euler's mathematics. The escape is accessible to people aged 12 and over, and no special mathematical skills are required to play.
